Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you contact us to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the greater of $25 or 20% of the quoted rate of the reservation. If you contact us to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations.
Confirmation Receipt:
Once you fill up the required information on our online system and pay the fare which comes up according to your requirement then you will receive the confirmation receipt back to your inbox with in few seconds.

How Can I pay for my ride?
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. You can pay the reservation on our online System which is fully secured and over the phone as well.
When can I get picked up?
You can get picked up anytime. We operate 24/7.
When can I book a pickup?
You can book your reservation at any time of the day. However, we strongly recommend that you book a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Also note: you will get the lowest rates if you book a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
If you want to make a reservation within 12 hours our automated system will not allow you for that then you have to call us and check the availability first then we will set that up for you over the phone and schedule the driver as well.
What will happen if the driver did not show up?
Its impossible the driver did not show up the reason is we are tracking our company drivers from office. We have devices in our fleet which give us the exact location of the driver each second. You don’t need to worry about early morning or late-night pick-ups. In case if the driver did not show up we will refund your money back to your same credit card.
DCA Limo Service reserve the right to not refund any amount in case of fraudulent disputes if we served the client we can not refund any amount back to you. In our online system, passengers are paying their reservation online so they are responsible for any fraudulent activities.
