Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and who sees it. Last updated November 6, 2026.
The short version
DCA Limo Service collects what it needs to run your ride and to understand how people find this site. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight number, passenger count, luggage, child seats, vehicle choice, and any notes you add, such as accessibility needs.
- Contact details: your name, email and phone number, and the passenger’s if someone else is riding.
- Your account: if you create one after booking, your login details, or your Google sign-in if you use that.
- Payment: cards are handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
- Messages: what you tell us by phone, text or email.
- Unfinished bookings: what you enter while getting a quote or starting a booking, even if you stop before finishing. We may use it to follow up about your quote.
- Site use: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and how you reached the site, including ad clicks.
How we use it
- To confirm your ride, send your chauffeur’s details, and plan around your flight.
- To send confirmations, receipts, trip updates and quote reminders by email, and ride reminders by text.
- To take payment and handle refunds.
- To answer your questions and help when something goes wrong.
- To improve the site and measure whether our advertising works.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
- Your chauffeur and dispatcher, who need your name, phone number and trip details.
- Stripe, which processes card payments.
- The companies that send our email and text messages (SendGrid and Twilio) and that host and monitor this site.
- Google, for maps and address lookup, site analytics and advertising measurement.
- Authorities or others where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect someone’s safety or rights.
When you book or ask for a quote, we may send Google a hashed (scrambled) copy of the email address or phone number on that booking or quote, so it can measure our advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies. We also keep a small record in your browser of how you arrived, so a booking can be matched to the ad or search that led to it. Google Ads may also be used to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage personalized ads in your Google account settings. Blocking cookies may not stop the hashed copy described above: if you came from one of our ads, it can also be sent from our server. The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Keeping it safe
Information travels to and from this site over an encrypted connection, and only people who need it can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from records we must keep by law. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time.
Call (202) 766-7518 and we will take it from there.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online. An adult makes the booking when a child is riding.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. The rules for using the site and booking a ride are in our terms of service.
