Hourly & As-Directed
A chauffeur on standby for meetings, roadshows and multi-stop days. Three-hour minimum.
Some days do not fit a single pickup and drop-off — a roadshow with five meetings, a multi-stop day around the city, an event where the schedule shifts as it goes. Hourly & As-Directed puts a chauffeur on standby for the whole block of time, three-hour minimum.
Quoted by dispatch. This service is always confirmed directly rather than instantly priced — the rate is agreed before you book, not after.
How as-directed works
Your chauffeur stays with the vehicle for the booked block, moving with your schedule instead of you booking a new trip for each stop. That covers a roadshow with back-to-back meetings, a multi-stop day around the metro, or standing by during an event.
Minimum and pricing
Three-hour minimum booking. Because the schedule can shift once the day starts, hourly service is always confirmed by dispatch rather than run through the instant-estimate calculator — tell dispatch the vehicle class and expected hours, and the rate is confirmed before you book.
Why book a chauffeur for this
- The price is set before the car moves. You are not exposed to a surge multiplier because it rained, or because a convention let out at the same time as your pickup.
- Someone is accountable for the trip. A specific chauffeur is assigned to your booking in advance. There is a dispatch number to call, staffed around the clock.
- Airport runs are the core of the business. Flight tracking, terminal knowledge, and a wait policy that starts at wheels-down are not add-ons here — they are the default.
- The vehicle matches the trip. You choose the class at booking against your passenger and bag count, instead of finding out what arrived.
