Airport Transfer
Pickup and drop-off at DCA, IAD and BWI with flight tracking and a 60-minute free wait.
Your chauffeur is staged before your flight lands and meets you at the terminal curb — or inside at baggage claim if you prefer. Airport transfer covers both directions: dropping you off for departure, and picking you up on arrival, at Reagan National, Dulles, or BWI.
Priced up front. Your fare is set when you book — no gratuity added, no tax line, no surge if the drive runs long.
Which vehicle fits your trip
A Executive Sedan covers one to three passengers with three bags — the standard choice for a solo traveler or a couple flying together. A Premium or Luxury SUV covers up to six passengers and six to seven bags, the usual pick when there is more luggage than seats can hold comfortably.
Traveling as a full team — a conference group, a delegation, more than four or five people? That is a Group Transfer in the Sprinter Van, not multiple sedans booked separately. One vehicle, one pickup time, one price — not three cars meeting at three different curbs.
How the pickup actually works
For arrivals, your flight is tracked from wheels-up and your chauffeur is already waiting in the airport’s cell phone waiting area before you land — not dispatched after you text that you have landed. When you are outside with your bags, call the direct number we text you the day before, give the door number and the colour of what you are wearing, and the car is with you in about five minutes.
You can be met curbside at no extra cost, or your chauffeur can meet you inside at baggage claim with a name sign for $20 for the first hour, arranged before you confirm.
For departures, your chauffeur arrives at the pickup address at the time you booked, loads luggage, and confirms the drop-off terminal with you on the way — DCA, IAD and BWI each have their own terminal layout, and your driver knows which one your airline uses.
Timing and delays
If your inbound flight runs late, your driver’s arrival adjusts automatically from the live flight data — you are not charged extra for the airline’s delay, and you do not need to call to explain it. The first 60 minutes of wait time, counted from your actual landing time rather than the scheduled one, are complimentary. After that, wait time bills hourly by vehicle — see the full rates on the Policies page.
The three airports we serve
Why book a chauffeur for this
- The price is set before the car moves. You are not exposed to a surge multiplier because it rained, or because a convention let out at the same time as your pickup.
- Someone is accountable for the trip. A specific chauffeur is assigned to your booking in advance. There is a dispatch number to call, staffed around the clock.
- Airport runs are the core of the business. Flight tracking, terminal knowledge, and a wait policy that starts at wheels-down are not add-ons here — they are the default.
- The vehicle matches the trip. You choose the class at booking against your passenger and bag count, instead of finding out what arrived.
