Corporate Travel
Accounts with monthly invoicing, priority dispatch and discreet, professional chauffeurs.
A corporate account puts every trip — airport runs, client meetings, roadshows — on one monthly invoice instead of individual receipts and reimbursement paperwork. Set up once, then book like any other trip.
Priced up front. Your fare is set when you book — no gratuity added, no tax line, no surge if the drive runs long.
How the account works
One invoice covers every trip on the account for the billing period — riders never hand over a card or expense a fare individually. Vehicle preferences are saved per traveler, so a frequent flyer does not have to specify sedan vs. SUV on every booking.
Dispatch runs around the clock, which matters for early-morning departures and late-arriving red-eyes alike. Drivers do not discuss passengers, routes, or pickup locations with anyone outside the trip — a standard, not an upsell.
Setting up an account
Call dispatch to set up billing and add the travelers who will use the account. From there, booking works the same as any other trip — the only difference is how it settles at the end of the month.
What corporate travel covers
Airport transfers for traveling executives, point-to-point client meetings across the metro, and group movement for a delegation or conference team in the Sprinter Van all run under one account. Hourly and as-directed service for a multi-stop day or a roadshow is available too — see Hourly & As-Directed for how that is booked and priced.
Why book a chauffeur for this
- The price is set before the car moves. You are not exposed to a surge multiplier because it rained, or because a convention let out at the same time as your pickup.
- Someone is accountable for the trip. A specific chauffeur is assigned to your booking in advance. There is a dispatch number to call, staffed around the clock.
- Airport runs are the core of the business. Flight tracking, terminal knowledge, and a wait policy that starts at wheels-down are not add-ons here — they are the default.
- The vehicle matches the trip. You choose the class at booking against your passenger and bag count, instead of finding out what arrived.
